a CHANCE in a lifetime for ONE of us to be rich.

But here is the problem. As of Sunday ticket sales reached P170,000,000.
Our poor third world country just spend collectively P170 million pesos to buy CHANCE.
A CHANCE FOR ONE LUCKY PERSON.
Is it worth to spend hundreds of millions to finance one lucky guy.
BAD FINANCIAL DECISION.
so are we really poor? or are we rich?

The poor and desperate ALWAYS suffer more as a result of lotteries. Those who can least afford it are the ones who buy most of the tickets.
